At Trylogue, we provide a SaaS platform for online stores to enable AI-powered virtual try-on for their customers. This policy explains the refund process for subscriptions and trial periods.
2. Trial and Refund Period
- All new users may try Trylogue for free during the trial period.
- For paid subscriptions, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of your first payment.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
We accept refund requests in the following cases:
- Technical issues preventing you from using the service as advertised
- Accidental purchase of a subscription
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds do not apply in the following cases:
- After 30 days from the first payment
- If the service has been used beyond the trial limitations
- Free trials or promotional subscriptions
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The refund process may take up to 30 business days.
6. Subscription Cancellation & Renewal
6.1 Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation prevents automatic renewal at the end of the current billing period.
6.2 Renewal
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly unless canceled at least 1 day before the renewal date.
7. Modifications
We may update this policy. Changes will apply to future purchases only.
